Outline...

In a nutshell here's how my experience has panned out so far...

Bought a 4x4 'runabout'.
As it came with a 30 day/1000 mile Evans Halshaw warrany, one week after I had it I took it to a suitable location where there were 2 Rangers and tested the 4 wheel drive.
Instantly there was a problem of a nasty noise from the drive.
I informed Evans Halshaw, they said it was ok to drive if it was driving in 2 wheel drive.
Car booked in with Evans Halshaw... 3 weeks time!!!!
Called into Evans Halshaw to confirm booking, and offered them to have a look at 4 wheel drive... they DECLINED.
Next Day...Malfunction Indicator Light came on.
Informed Evans Halshaw, they said it was ok to drive but bring it in for a diagnostic when possible.
Light went off.
Called in a week later to Evans Halshaw.
They did a diagnostic and said it was ok to drive.
Again I asked if they wanted to look at the 4 wheel drive...they AGAIN DECLINED, as they said it was booked in in a weeks time with a local 4x4 specialist.
Courtesy car collected when I dropped of my vehicle at Evans Halshaw... £10 per day charge 'for insurance'!!! (thats no courtesy car if i have to pay surely?)
Call from Evans Halshaw to ask to keep my vehicle longer as they'd not figured out problem, Oh! and 'just to remind you there is a £500 limit on your warranty'!!

WHAT!?
THAT'S NOT STATED ON MY SIGNED WARRANTY, NOR POINTED OUT AT TIME OF PURCHASE!

Now here's where it gets sticky, so im putting this into a hazel-nut-shell!...

AXEL BROKEN!
IDLE AIR VALVE NEEDS REPLACING!
OVER £2000 OF REPAIRS, SO FAR!

Lots of emails back n forth...

Evans Halshaw REFUSE currently to fix my vehicle.
They refuse to allow me to get the vehicle repaired at their expense.
Evans Halshaw offered a Full refund by buying the car back off me for the price I paid(eventually), declined by myself as I wish the repairs to be made.(This offer does not include any expenses already accrued ie courtesy car costs, etc. and we are also unaware if this offer would include any hidden charges that they made ontop of the purchase price as their offer did not specify).
.

More emails...

Just waiting for a response from my last email, for the 3rd time asking for contact details of their Head Office.
