Late October 2011 a settlement was reached which I'm glad to say did not leave me out of pocket... In fact I had a few pennies left over & celebrated with a bottle of champagne.
I speak to many people in a day & for sure those people, family & friends will be steering clear of Evans Halshaw which on top of their solicitors fees & my pay-out will have an impact on their business even though it may be small for me it's a victory.
